When Casa Laveni opened during Milan Design Week 2026, Bohopo wanted the occasion to be more than a launch event. The vision was to create an opening that reflected what the hotel is meant to be: a space where design, culture, and community meet naturally.

Bohopo’s Co-Founder & CEO, Minas Terlidis, was recently interviewed by Terence Baker for CoStar News, where he shared insights into the company’s approach to investing in and operating boutique hotels across Europe.

The session brought together voices from architecture, manufacturing, and hospitality media to explore how design decisions shape the guest experience, and, ultimately, asset performance.

The openings of Casa Laveni and Mila Porto bring Bohopo’s operating portfolio to eight hotels, forming part of a wider 11-asset platform across Athens, Brussels, Milan, Porto and Paris.

Bohopo continues to expand its European portfolio with the latest acquisition of Hôtel Bonne Nouvelle, a 21-room boutique hotel on Rue Beauregard in Paris’s 2nd arrondissement. 

Bohopo has secured a development loan from Novo Banco to finance Project Oasis, the development of The Loulou Hotel, a 43-room boutique hotel in the heart of Porto.

Bohopo has further expanded its presence in Porto with the acquisition of Project Maison Arya, marking the group’s third asset in the city and reinforcing its commitment to one of Europe’s most dynamic hospitality markets.

Bohopo has completed a debt financing facility with Optima Bank for Lekka Hotel and Spa, a 53-room hotel in central Athens owned through its subsidiary, Ena Okto Dyo S.A.

Bohopo has secured a debt finance facility with Banco BPM for Project Casa Laveni, a 30-room boutique hotel being developed in the heart of Milan through its subsidiary, Uno Otto SRL.

Development work is now underway on Mila Porto, marking a significant milestone in Bohopo’s broader expansion across Europe’s urban boutique hotel market.

Mila Brussels has officially opened, marking Bohopo’s second operating asset in Brussels. Located at 18 Place Fontainas in the heart of the city, the 30-room hotel further bolsters Bohopo’s presence in the Belgian capital.

Bohopo has secured a development loan from Banco BPI for Mila Porto, marking an important financing milestone for the project. The facility supports the development of the 29-room boutique hotel ahead of its planned opening in March 2026 and marks a further step in Bohopo’s expansion in Porto.
