Bohopo Secures Financing for Project Casa Laveni in Milan

Bohopo has secured a debt finance facility with Banco BPM for Project Casa Laveni, a 30-room boutique hotel being developed in the heart of Milan through its subsidiary, Uno Otto SRL. Located just five minutes from the Duomo, the project marks another important step in Bohopo’s expansion across key European destinations.

The financing will support the development of Casa Laveni ahead of its planned opening in Q1 2026, while strengthening Bohopo’s capital structure and bolstering its long-term growth strategy. This significant milestone also reflects the group’s disciplined approach to financing and its continued focus on building a resilient portfolio of distinctive boutique hotel assets.
