Construction Begins on Mila Brussels

Construction has commenced on Mila Brussels, marking an important development milestone for Bohopo in the Belgian capital. Located at 18 Place Fontainas in the heart of Brussels, the project will deliver a 30-room boutique hotel, reflecting the group’s continued expansion across Europe and supporting its ambition to build a scalable hospitality investment platform.

The start of works signals progress in bringing the project from concept into delivery, as Bohopo continues to assemble a professionally managed portfolio of well-located city-centre hotels. Through this approach, the group combines real estate expertise, local execution and tailored brand strategy to unlock value in Europe’s fragmented boutique hotel market.

Mila Brussels is set to open in autumn 2024.
