Bohopo Acquires Project Casa Laveni in Milan​

Bohopo has acquired Project Casa Laveni in Milan, marking its first acquisition in the Italian city and a significant entry into one of Europe’s most established hospitality markets. Located in the heart of Brera on Via dei Bossi, just steps from Teatro alla Scala, the Duomo di Milano and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, the property adds a prime city-centre asset in one of Milan’s most culturally distinctivedistricts to Bohopo’s growing portfolio.

The transaction marks an important milestone for Bohopo and reinforces the group’s strategy of building a professionally managed portfolio of centrally located boutique hotel assets across key European urban markets.
