Bohopo Secures Loan Agreement for Lekka Hotel in Athens

Bohopo has completed a debt financing facility with Optima Bank for Lekka Hotel and Spa, a 53-room hotel in central Athens owned through its subsidiary, Ena Okto Dyo S.A. Located within walking distance of Syntagma, Ermou and Monastiraki, the property occupies a prime position in one of the Greek capital’s most sought-after hospitality districts.
