Originally built in 1911 as the private home of engineer Giuseppe Laveni, the building has been meticulously reinterpreted as a 30-room retreat that balances historic preservation with contemporary creativity.
Rooms are conceived as urban sanctuaries. Cloud-painted ceilings drift overhead, reinterpreting Italy’s fresco tradition through a modern, graphic lens, while custom furnishings and refined materials bring warmth and tactility.
