Stephanie is responsible for the front office operations of Hotel Mila Paris. She joined Bohopo as an Associate in Hotel Operations, bringing over 15 years of experience in luxury and boutique hospitality.

She has held housekeeping and operational leadership roles at prestigious properties including Four Seasons, Château de Berne (Relais & Châteaux), and several 4- and 5-star hotels across France, progressing from Floor Supervisor to Deputy Manager.

Stephanie holds a DAEU A from the Université de Nice and is currently pursuing a Hotel Receptionist certification through Educatel, alongside English language training.
