Ruben is a hospitality professional with 10 years of management experience in Portugal and Mozambique. At his peak, he was responsible for a cluster of 6 hotels, leading a team of 230 employees and overseeing 382 keys across 457 rooms.

His experience includes both pre-openings and day-to-day operations of 3-, 4- and 5-star properties, with a strong focus on service quality, cost control, and operational efficiency. He has also managed transition processes between hotel operators, ensuring continuity of service and smooth handovers. Known for developing motivated teams and adapting to multicultural environments, he combines practical leadership experience with a commitment to continuous academic growth.

Ruben holds a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management and is currently completing a Master’s in Management.
