Galith is the Head of Product and Operations at Bohopo. She is also the Operations Officer at the Saada Family Office, where she oversees operational delivery across the family’s investment activities.

At Bohopo, Galith built the operations function from the ground up, assembling and training local hotel teams across five European countries, establishing the service standards, guest experience frameworks, and operational processes that now run independently across the portfolio. She chairs the design committee, working with architects and interior designers to define the concept for each new property, and has established a repeatable playbook for launching boutique hotels in new markets, each with its own regulatory environment, labour practices, and guest expectations. The operations team she built now manages all operational hotels across Greece, Belgium, Portugal, Italy, and France.

Before Bohopo, Galith founded Magal Jewelry, an international e-commerce brand she scaled to over 20 employees across Israel, New York, and Mumbai. Building a consumer product company from concept to global distribution gave her the cross-cultural operational instincts and product-creation discipline she now applies to hospitality.
