Diogo is responsible for the front office operations of Hotel Mila Porto. A hospitality professional with over 10 years of experience across various areas of the hospitality and tourism industry, he is joining the Bohopo Group as Front Office Manager, bringing a proven track record in hotel operations, guest services, and team leadership.

He began his career with internships in front office, food & beverage, and housekeeping, progressing to waiter/bartender and head waiter/bar manager roles, actively participating in hotel openings. He later advanced to Front Desk Agent (Junior and Senior), specialising as a Night Auditor, overseeing night audits, daily reporting, and occupancy control. He also gained experience as a Flight Attendant, strengthening his skills in safety procedures, passenger assistance, and handling emergency situations.
