Álvaro is an Associate with the Financial Control team working with local accountants and other finance advisors in the various countires where Bohopo owns and operates hotels.

He began his career at Deloitte Spain in the Accounting and Finance department, where he managed international payments, accounts payable processes across multiple European countries, and ensured VAT compliance using SAP ERP and other financial systems.

Álvaro holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of the Basque Country and completed an Erasmus+ programme at Frederick University in Cyprus.
