Minas brings over 25 years of experience in real assets investments across various countries. In 2016, he invested in the the hospitality sector by leasing, and transforming buildings in central Athens into boutique hotels and establishing a hotel operations company to manage them.

Earlier in his career, Minas collaborated with leading PERE funds, including BlackRock, Macquarie Global Property Advisors and Europa Capital, delivering real estate developments and investment strategies. He began his professional journey working on major infrastructure projects in the Middle East, including the iconic Palm Island, before transitioning into project finance advisory role in London.

Minas holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from Hogeschool van Utrecht and an MBA from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, which included participation at the Darden School of Business in the United States. He has also completed executive education at Harvard University.
