Vera joined Bohopo in October 2025 as a Manager in the Financial Control team. She is responsible for the accounting, financial and tax reporting, statutory audits in Cyprus and Greece as well as investors’ financial reporting. She has more than nine years of experience in planning and executing audits, managing and developing audit teams, and ensuring engagement compliance with professional and regulatory standards.

She began her career as an auditor at Baker Tilly South East Europe, where she spent three and a half years gaining comprehensive exposure to audit methodologies and financial reporting frameworks. She then continued her career at EY Cyprus for five and a half years, progressing to the position of Audit and Assurance Manager, where she led numerous audit engagements primarily within the Property and Real Estate sector.

Vera holds a BSc in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Cognitive and Educational Psychology from the University of Cyprus. She became a qualified member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in 2021.
