Stavros Pantelides

Stavros is responsible for the ongoing investment management of Bohopo’s portfolio, including acquisitions, debt financing and portfolio strategy. His background lies in transactions, fund management and investment management.

Stavros started his career in fund management and transactions at Rockspring LLP, working on Rockspring’s Trans-European Value-Add fund series. Post-merger, he continued working for Patrizia, a listed company operating over €50bn in AUM, across both Value-Add and Core pan-European funds, involved in various real estate asset classes including residential, office and industrial. He then focused his efforts in private equity as an investment analyst for an investment boutique with c.€500m in AUM, primarily involved in sourcing and analysing potential investments, divestments, development management and asset management of the firm’s UK-based office real estate.

He holds a BSc in Management from the University of Nottingham and an MSc in Real Estate from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass Business School).
