Saar is a hotel and real estate transactions specialist with over 33 years of commercial experience, with focus on hotel development, investments, and asset management.

Since 2005 Saar has helped investors, operators, hotel brands, lenders and developers generate returns through hotel acquisitions, disposals, funding and realising asset management opportunities. To date Saar has been involved with hotel property worth in excess of £12bn in the UK, Western, Southern and Eastern Europe, working for public and private companies.

In 2016 Saar founded West Ridge Asset Management as a boutique hotel advisory. WRAM advised on over £5bn of hotel real estate deals including the successful acquisition of 105 hotels comprised of 21,000 bedrooms and rebranding/management of hotels valued over £2.7bn.

Before West Ridge, Saar held senior positions with Colliers, Fattal Group, PPHE and JLL.
