Oren Saada

Oren is the Co-founder and Head of Acquisitions and Investor Relations at Bohopo. He also leads business development for the Saada Family Office, a multi-strategy family office with interests spanning European real estate, private lending, and principal investments.

Through his role at the family office, Oren identified the urban boutique hotel opportunity and built the acquisition infrastructure that powers Bohopo today. A dedicated team with a deep network of agents, brokers, and deal originators across five European countries, and a proven process for sourcing, evaluating, and closing transactions. The team has completed over 15 real estate transactions across Europe and maintains an active pipeline across all of Bohopo’s target markets.

Before real estate, Oren worked in private wealth management at Julius Baer in Geneva, advising ultra-high-net-worth clients, followed by five years in international commodity trading. In 2018, he founded his first property company in Athens, acquiring and repositioning urban assets. That venture became the foundation for Bohopo. Based in Geneva, Oren operates across Bohopo’s markets in English, French, Dutch, and Hebrew.

He holds a degree in Economics and Business from Brandeis University and completed the Executive Real Estate Programme at Oxford University.
