Maria is responsible for all aspects of Bohopo’s assets under development, along with ongoing asset management. With over 17 years of experience in the real estate and hospitality industries, she has a proven track record in the design, construction and successful delivery of multi-million Euro projects.

Prior to joining Bohopo, Maria played an instrumental role in the development of flagship projects such as the Wargaming HQ in Nicosia and the design phase of the Grand Hyatt Limassol, a 5-star, 300-key hotel. Having previously held the position of Senior Consultant at Altamira, member of the doValue Group with a portfolio of more than 3,000 properties, she has extensive experience in development and asset management.

Maria earned her MSc (First Class Honours) in Civil Engineering from University College London (UCL) and holds an MBA from European University in Nicosia.
